You must allow sufficient time when booking your taxi to allow for the check-in times required by your airline and for any delays caused by traffic conditions. Puma Cars shall not be responsible for any delay caused by your failure to allow enough time to reach your destination or if the passengers are not ready for collection at the booked time.
To ensure the correct car is sent, Puma Cars must be notified, at the time of booking, of the number of passengers and the amount of luggage. All children travelling with Puma Cars should be restrained in a manner appropriate to their age, weight and height. Suitable child seats must be supplied and fitted by the child’s parents. Such seats may be retained by the driver for use on the return journey at no additional cost. If customers do not provide a suitable seat then Puma Cars will refuse to drive the customers.
Any deviations from the pre booked journey may result in additional charges. These will be charged depending on additional mileage and duration of additional travel.
Payments may be made by cash, cheque or all major credit and debit cards. There is a 5% surcharge if paying by credit or debit card. All account customers must pay their invoices within 30 days of the date of the invoice.
All journeys originating at an airport (which are not return journeys where Puma Cars has taken you to the airport) must be prepaid in full at least three days before the date of travel.
For all collections from airports, unless other arrangements have been made, Puma Cars will wait 40 minutes after the flight has landed before coming into the terminal to meet you. You will be told where the meeting point is depending on which airport terminal, prior to your arrival. If passengers are delayed due to baggage or customs, it is the passengers responsibility to inform Puma Cars. Puma Cars will always endeavour to contact the passenger by phone or via Airport Information within the terminal.
Any delays caused by the passenger may also result in additional charge. Puma Cars standard charge for waiting is £30.00 per hour.
You shall be responsible for the behaviour of all the passengers in the car during the journey. You will be charged £80 to cover cleaning costs in the unlikely event of the vehicle being soiled by any passenger.
Puma Cars shall be entitled to cancel all services and provide refunds in the event of a declared national emergency, riot, war, fuel shortage, extreme weather or terrorist attack, or other circumstances beyond its control. If the car breaks down during your journey Puma Cars will endeavour to arrange an alternative car to complete the journey as soon as practicable.

Puma Cars cannot be held responsible for missed flights, trains or financial or professional loss due to adverse weather conditions, road closures or road traffic accidents. Puma Cars cannot be held responsible for any of the above if the customer has given Puma Cars incorrect information. Puma Cars recommends that you request an email confirmation of your booking.
Puma Cars will refuse or terminate any booking with immediate effect if it places any driver or vehicle at risk of damage, violence or abuse by you or by any passenger in your party and will ask all passengers to vacate the vehicle as soon as it is safe to do so. No refunds will be given if the journey is terminated part way through the hire.
